  9. discovered the "Face of the '80s" in Anette Stai, 19, a
  10. Norwegian who went on to cover-girl glory. Last week it
  11. presented the "Face of the '90s": an innocent 16-year-old from
  12. Oslo who goes by her first name, Synne (pronounced Sin-uh).
  13. Eileen Ford predicts great things for the 5-ft. 11-in., 125-lb.
